Attorney Constance Heard of Atlanta; repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Constance Heard with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Georgia State University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Connie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Willful abandonment of matter entrusted to her
  • Failed to timely file pleadings in divorce matter
  • Failure to file pleadings in timely manner, thereby causing client needless delay and financial problems

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Connie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Connie by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Connie practices with the Heard Law Firm PC in Atlanta, Georgia.
