Attorney Brendan O’Marra of Dallas, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Brendan Robert O’Marra with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

The Georgia State Bar found Brendan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willful abandonment of matter entrusted to him
• Settled matter without client’s authorization
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brendan!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Brendan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Brendan practices with Brendan R. O’Marra PC at 113 Village Walk in Dallas, Georgia.
