Attorney Robert Meier IV of Atlanta; repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Robert A. Meier IV with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, a client paid Bobby $20,000 to handle post-conviction proceedings and requested that he allege ineffective assistance of counsel. Bobby neither raised the claim nor informed the client of such in writing.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Bobby practices at 3340 Peachtree Road N.E. in Atlanta, Georgia.
