Attorney William Norton of Marietta, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented William H. Norton with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was hired by a client to file for child visitation modification. However, he failed to expeditiously handle the matter on behalf of the client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Billy practices at 425 Williams Drive in Marietta, Georgia.
