Attorney Jerry Boykin of Powder Springs, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Jerry Boykin with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with signed representation agreement
• Failed to advise prospective client he would not represent her

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
