Attorney Marc Rovner of Oceanside, NY; convicted felon

The state of New York presented Marc Evan Rovner with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Appellate Division, Second Department found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marc was convicted of promoting gambling in the first degree, a class E felony.

While acting in concert with other defendants in furtherance of a bookmaking operation in Queens County and elsewhere, Marc advanced and profited from said bookmaking operation in that he "participated in the acceptance of five bets for more than $50,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Marc by gifting her by ordering that he be disbarred.

Several years later, the comedians at the Appellate Division, Second Department had the chutzpah to reinstate Marc’s law license. Apparently, they were of the belief that he was entitled to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Marc practices at 3114 Long Beach Road in Oceanside, New York.
