Attorney Lisa Jenkins of Philadelphia; convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lisa Reo Jenkins with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lisa was criminally convicted of forgery and tampering with public records or information. Subsequently, Lisa was sentenced to four years of probation.

Lisa’s crimes took place while she appeared in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to litigate Traffic Court appeals on behalf of four clients. Lisa then signed the name and/or initials of the Assistant District Attorney to a Plea Bargain sheet to lower her clients’ traffic offenses. She did so knowing that she did not have the authority from the DA to so act.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Lisa by ordering her disbarred in 2006.

In December 2015, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Surpeme Court voted to reinstate Lisa the Convict’s law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Lisa practices at 5925 Charles Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
