Unfortunately in a prio life, attorney Francis X. Golniewicz, Jr. sat as a Cook County Circuit Court Judge in Chicago. While on the bench Judge Golniewicz set about cementing his status as a certified bigot and loser and actually proved he was up to the task.
In one instance while in open court, Judge Golniewicz made the following racist comment to an African-American defendant.
In another case, Judge Golniewicz went about proving that he was also an Il Duce Wannabee in addition to being a potty-mouthed bigot, liar and moron when he made the following comment to another litigant who had appeared in his courtroom.
Golniewicz lying about his residency in election
 
In his campaign literature, Judge Golniewicz lied about his residency by filing a false statement (perjury) regarding his official residence with the Illinois Secretary of State.
Judge Golniewicz lied so as to get elected on Chicago’s Northwest side by falsely telling voters that he was their neighbor when in fact in lived in suburban Riverside.
Golniewicz had the chutzpah to claim he used his parents’ address in Old Irving Park for his professional mail (likely porn) and his voting address because he considered it his “permanent address.” This sham claim despite the fact he hadn’t lived with his parents for over 50 years.
The Judicial Commission ruled that this was “a scheme” by Judge Golniewicz to take advantage of the Democratic clout he and his father, a retired judge (that’s where he got his ethics from), had to win a seat he well knew he could not win in heavily Republican Riverside.
Judge Golniewicz appeals 3-month suspension
The enablers on the Illinois Judicial Commission punished Judge Golniewicz for the aforementioned misconduct by providing him with a complimentary 3 month suspension.
However, in a lame attempt at levity and in an effort to prove that he is a moron, he appealed the suspension to the Illinois Supreme Court.
After reviewing the egregious misconduct of Judge Golniewicz, the Illinois Supreme Court decided he was unfit to sit on the bench and ordered his removal. Had the moron invoked his right to remain silent and accepted the 3 month suspension, he’d likely still be sitting on the bench.
What a loser!
