Attorney Robert Payne of Huntsville, AL; moronic loser

The state of Alabama presented Robert Norris Payne with law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while Bobby was negotiating with the insurance company, he allowed statute of limitations to run on client’s personal injury case, thereby barring the client from ever again pursuing the claim and taking the insurance company off the hook.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
