Attorney Habib Yazdi of Mobile, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented Habib Yazdi with law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of California West Los Angeles Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Habib guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with file upon conclusion of client matter
• Told client’s Mother he wanted $200 to release client’s file, which was prohibited because he was paid by the State to represent an indigent defendant
• Accepted $50 from client’s mother to return file in violation of Alabama law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Habib by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Habib practices in Mobile, Alabama.
