Attorney Gregory Costabile of Cleveland; convicted scofflaw

The state of Ohio presented Gregory Steven Costabile with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Violated Ohio law for violation of public-official financial-disclosure laws
  • Failed to disclose $100,000 he received as income from Hidden Woods LLC
  • Failed to disclose income received from Seagull Development Corp.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Greg practices with Buckley King LPA at 600 Superior Avenue East in Cleveland, Ohio.
