Attorney Richard Lehman of Boca Raton; ethical gremlin

The State of Florida presented Richard S. Lehman with a law license in 1969.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

While acting as ancillary personal representative for a deceased client, he withdrew funds from the client’s estate account and transferred them into his operating account.

Dick then used the funds to pay the estate expenses from his operating account.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Dick practices at 6018 SW 18^th Street in Boca Raton, Florida.
