Attorney Sharon Healey of Seattle; ethical leprechaun

The state of California provided Sharon Arlene Healey with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Pepperdine University Law School. 

The California State Bar found Sharon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file petition in client’s immigration case
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client she had not filed immigration petition
• Failed to respond to numerous inquires from client’s new attorney
• Failed to provide client file to new attorney after being fired

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Sharon practices with the Law Office of Sharon A. Healey at 11036 Eight Avenue NE in Seattle, Washington.
