Attorney Barry Sack of Hudson, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Barry David Sack with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Barry guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was sitting as a Judge of the Hudson City Court in Hudson, New York. 

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Personally intervened in a case involving an aggravated harassment complaint filed by a member of his bowling team against another member of the same team
• Advised defendant and member of his bowling team she could avoid embarrassment of arrest if she personally appeared in court the next morning

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
