Judge Carl Landicino of Brooklyn, NY; arrogant drunk

The state of New York provided Carl Joseph Landicino with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from St. Johns University Law School.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Hunt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carl was stopped by a New York state trooper for driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

The trooper observed Carl speeding and driving erratically. After a two-mile chase, Carl failed three (3) field sobriety tests; however, he refused to submit to a breath test. Carl then invoked his judicial office in an attempt to avoid being charged with drunk driving.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016, continues to sit as a Supreme Court Justice in Brooklyn, New York.
