Judge Paul Hermann of Saranac Lake Village, NY; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Kelley Elise Cash with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in prohibited political activity
  • Made improper nomination of person for village trustee
  • Made improper comments about case pending before appellate court
  • Improperly offered defendant $1,000 fine to be paid for benefit of Saranac Lake Village or 15 days in jail
  • Refused to accept plea agreement because he wanted to add additional charges for purpose of increasing fine for benefit of Saranac Lake Village

Compounding his over-the-top pimping on behalf of the Village, Paulie defended his conduct by saying:

·        “Someone has to generate money for Justice of the Saranac Lake Village Court to support the expensive police department.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Paulie continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Saranac Lake Village Court in Saranac Lake Village, New York.
