Attorney Jose Del Castillo of Hartford, CT; slacker, loser 

The state of Connecticut provided Jose Luis Del Castillo with a law license in 1992.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jose guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Failed to communicate with client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jose’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands and two (2) suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Jose practices with Jose L. Del Castillo LLC at 255 Main Street in Hartford, Connecticut.
