Attorney James Terry of Jasper, AL; convicted druggie

The state of Alabama presented James Dee Terry law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy pled guilty in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County to a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance in the first degree.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jimmy practices with the Warrior Investment Company at 218 Highway 195 in Jasper, Alabama.
