The state of Illinois presented Michael Jeffrey Greco with a law license in 1989.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike did not timely file responses to motions for summary judgments in two federal employment cases resulting in dismissal of his client’s claims in those cases.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.
