Attorney Sarah Naughton of Tinley Park, IL; potty mouth loser

The state of Illinois presented Sarah A. Naughton with a law license in 2008.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Sarah guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while she was employed as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney, Sarah entered a retail store with a companion after consuming alcohol. She then engaged in disruptive behavior both inside and outside of the store. Police who were called to the scene handcuffed her and placed her in a police SUV.

After being arrested, Sarah repeatedly identified herself as an Assistant State’s Attorney and swore at a female officer, calling her derogatory names, and, after she was taken out of the SUV, sat on a curb screaming obscenities.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (January 2016), Sarah practices with the Naughton Law Office at 7220 West 194^th Street in Tinley Park, Illinois.
