Attorney Darin Wright of Solana Beach, CA; ethical leprechaun

The state of California provided Darin P. Wright with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Darin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Attempted to wrongfully influence a witness by promoting a countywide boycott of her business
• Indirectly caused expert witness to withdraw from testifying
• Sanctioned $15,000 by federal court
• Engaged in egregious conduct
• Deemed threat to the judicial process
• Engaged in bad faith behavior that undermined integrity of ongoing litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Darin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Darin.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Darin practices with the Law Offices of Darin P. Wright at 125 North Acacia Avenue in Solana Beach, California.
