Attorney Harvey Grad of Seattle; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Harvey S. Grad with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the California Western School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Harvey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
