Attorney J. Michael Koch of Silverdale, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented J. Michael Koch with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to advise opposing counsel he no longer represented clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
