Attorney Young Oh of Lynwood, WA; repeat offender

 

The state of Washington presented Young Suk Oh with a law license in 1999.

 

The Washington State Bar found Young guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Young’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Wrote check on insufficient account of $16,000 (rubber)
  • Made four payments to a client belonging to other clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Young by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

 

Young’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Permitted employee to forge INS documents
  • Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
  • Failed to maintain proper records to determine ownership of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Young by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
