Attorney S. Carlton Rouse of Snellville, GA; ethical elf

The state of Georgia presented S. Carlton Rouse with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Carlton guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return client file when discharged
• Failed to withdraw representation when fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Carlton by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Carlton practices with Rouse & Company LLC at 3375 Centerville Highway in Snellville, Georgia.
