Attorney Charles Sibley of Miami; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon presented Charles John Sibley with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie filed an immigration petition for client without first receiving authority from officials at Florida State University to so act.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Charlie practices at 1925 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
