Attorney Michael Labertew of Park City, UT; idiotic loser

The state of Utah presented Michael L. Labertew with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to expedite client ligitation
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Mike practices with Labertew & Associates LLC at 1640 Creek Side Lane in Park City, Utah.
