Attorney James Stanley of Little Rock; serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented James Warren Stanley with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stan knowingly disobeyed the rules of a tribunal by practicing before the Veterans Administration when his certification to so act had expired.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand and a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Stan practices at 917 West Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
