Attorney Kenneth Hall of Las Vegas; convicted batterer

The state of Nevada presented Kenneth L. Hall with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Found guilty of gross lewdness
  • Found guilty of one count of child abuse and neglect
  • Failed to properly identify victim of his abuse
  • Victimized child because he was “hot” for the victims mother
  • Actions adversely reflect on fitness to practice law

Subsequently, the trial court sentenced Kenny to six-months in jail; however, as a courtesy to a fellow attorney, he then reduced the sentence to two years of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 40-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Kenny practices with the Law Offices of Kenneth L. Hall at 633 South Fourth Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
