Attorney Gino Pieretti Jr. of Lake Oswego, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Gino G. Pieretti Jr. with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Gino guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to respond to client inquiries

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gino’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Gino previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gino by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Gino practices at 184 Oswego Summit in Oswego, Oregon.
