Attorney Renfro Baird III of Rogersville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Renfro Blackburn Baird III with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Renfro guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to expedite litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Renfro by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
