Attorney Kevin Chisholm of Concord, NH; slacker, repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire provided Kevin P. Chisholm with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to timely file motion to reopen client’s case
  • Negligence led to client’s denial of opportunity to reopen case
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kevin’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (March 2017), Kevin practices at 91 North State Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
