Attorney Jay Westfaul of Batesville, MS; convicted drunk

The state of Mississippi presented Jay Westfaul with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from California Western Law School in San Diego.

The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance found Jay guilty of the following misconduct while he was employed as a Municipal court judge.

In one matter, Jay was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Jay practices with The Westfaul Law Firm at 115 Eureka Street in Batesville, Mississippi.
