Attorney Scott E. Selmer of Minneapolis; serial scofflaw, moron

 

Scott Selmer was unfortunately provided with a law license by the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1984

 
Previously, attorney Selmer was found guilty of a plethora of egregious misconduct by the Minnesota State Bar Association, some of which is as follows.
  • Filing numerous sham counterclaims alleging racial discrimination against his creditors
  • Knowingly offering false evidence in response to discovery requests
  • Making false statements to advance his personal interests
  • Repeatedly engaging in dishonest conduct
  • Repeated abuses of the legal process to harass others
  • Failing to provide competent legal representation in appellate matters
  • Failure to comply with continuing legal education mandates (What’s the point?)
  • Practicing law while license was suspended
  • Failing to promptly provide clients with full accounting of their funds
  • Charging and then suing client to collect an unreasonable (fabricated) fee
  • Falsely certifying he maintained proper trust account records
  • Commingling client funds in his personal account
For being found guilty of being a crook, liar and a certified idiot, the enablers and apologists sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished attorney Scott Selmer by gifting him with a 12-month suspension.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2010), Scott Selmer practices law out of an office at 1422 W. Lake Street in Minneapolis. Allowing this certified moron and crook to practice law further proves that Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then you and me.
