Attorney John Napolitano of Oyster Bay, NY; serial offender

The state of New York presented John J. Napolitano with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the New York Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 6th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

In addition to the aforementioned discipline, Johnny previously received one complimentary suspension, one complimentary admonition, and three complimentary letters of caution.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Johnny practices at 55 Woodland Drive in Oyster Bay, New York.
