Attorney Jeremy Blackowicz of Boston; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Jeremy Ulysses Blackowicz with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jeremy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Accepted fees from third party to represent a client w/o client’s consent
  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: objectives of representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jeremy by gifting him with another complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Jeremey practices with Day Pitney LLP at One International Place in Boston, Massachusetts.
