Attorney Gerard Jervis of Kailua, HI; lying loser

The state of Hawaii presented Gerard Jervis with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gerard guilty of the following misconduct.

• Offered false statements in disciplinary proceeding
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain written conflict agreement from client
• Derelict in representation of client
• Failed to attend scheduled hearing

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gerard’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Gerard by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Gerard practices with the Law Office of Gerard A. Jervis at 354 Uluniu Street in Kailua, Hawaii.
