Attorney Michael Brint of Elkins Park, PA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael Lloyd Brint with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled client funds
  • Issued bad checks to pay court filing fees (rubber)
  • Neglected client matters
  • Used one client’s retainer fee to pay another client’s court expenses
  • Failed to timely file cases on behalf of clients

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Pennysvlania are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mike was never criminally charged for passing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Mike practices in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
