Attorney Richard Guida of Sinking Springs, PA; convicted druggie

The state of Pennsylvania presented Richard L. Guida with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one mater, Dick was convicted of the offense of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute cocaine.

Dick was later sentenced to nine months in prison.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Dick practices at 509 Augusta Drive in Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania.
