Attorney Bradley Hubbell of Toledo; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Bradley Francis Hubbell with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Detroit.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Brad found it acceptable to attempt to initiate a romantic relationship with a client that he was representing pro bono in a child custody dispute. Kind of gives a new meaning to the term “pro bono.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Brad practices with the Law Office of Brad F. Hubbell at 413 North Michigan Street in Toledo, Ohio.
