Attorney John Hauck of Milford, OH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented John Wesche Hauck with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

The Cincinnati Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain client funds in separate, interest bearing account
  • Failed to maintain adequate records of client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to notify client he did not carry legal malpractice insurance
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Johnny practices at 110 Main Street in Milford, Ohio.
