Attorney Heidi Hanni of Poland, OH; ethical elf

The state of Ohio presented Heidi Hanni with a law license in 2002

 after she graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus.

The Mahoning County Bar Association found Heidi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Heidi by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Heidi.
