Attorney Csaba Bodor of Warren, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Csaba A. Bodor with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Trumbull County Bar Association found Csaba guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bodor was hired to represent a client in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy matter. The agreed to and court approved fee at the time was $3,000. Over the next several months the client paid Bodor $1,500.

During his representation of the client, Bodor did not provide all of the information necessary to prepare and file the client’s bankruptcy petition. This led to the client later firing Bodor.

After the firing, Bodor failed to provide the client with an accounting of the fees he claimed he was entitled too. Subsequently, Bodor was required to refund $550 to his client [victim].

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Csaba by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Csaba practices at 8256 East Market Street in Warren, Ohio.
