Attorney Lisa Lenn of Woodstock, GA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Georgia presented Lisa Paige Lenn with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Missed trial date on client’s behalf
• Failed to adequately communicate with clients
• Failed to fully comply with discovery subpoena
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to follower required trust account procedures
• Failed to ensure client motion filed with the court
• Failed to provide client with copies of court documents

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Lisa practices with the Law Office of Lisa Lenn PA at 911 Pine Circle in Woodstock, Georgia.
