Attorney John Welsh II of Lawrenceville, GA; convicted criminal

The state of Georgia presented John L. Welsh II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny pled guilty to three (3) criminal counts of criminal trespass. The crimes took place while Johnny represented a client in a divorce case and assisted the client in gaining access to marital property.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Johnny practices in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
