Attorney Daniel Phillips of Wichita, KS; cheating loser

The sate of Kansas presented Daniel Hart Phillips with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep clients informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to prevent office staff from engaging in illegal practice of law
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to supervise office staff
• Used deceptive law firm name and letterhead
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting ordering that he be disbarred.

As we speak (September 2015) Danny practices at 1919 North Amidon in Wichita, Kansas.
