Attorney Holly Gieszl of Phoenix; lying loser

 The state of Arizona provided Holly R. Gieszl with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Holly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Allowed statute of limitations to run on client’s claim
• Knowingly engaged in series of dishonest actions
• Repeatedly misrepresented (lied) to client about status of matter
• Lied to client that legal matter was successfully settled
• Prepared fraudulent settlement documents to support client deception
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Holly by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Holly practices with The Gieszl Firm at 3200 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
