Attorney Michael Doyle of Phoenix; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona provided Michael J. Doyle with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made a false statement of material fact to a third person
  • Failed to respect the rights of others
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Improperly dealt with unrepresented person
  • Failed to advise client that overage may have resulted from sheriff’s sale

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Mike practices with Baumann Doyle Paytas & Bernstein at 2929 North 44th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
