Attorney C. Dunham Biles of Dallas; ethical elf

The state of Arizona provided C. Dunham Biles with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dunham guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dunham saw fit to engage in the illegal practice of law while his law license was suspended. In addition, he filed pleadings on behalf of his client until the trial judge discovered that his law license had been suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Dunham practices with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP at 2100 Ross Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
