Attorney Brian Hardwick of Grand Forks, ND; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented Brian Thomas Hardwick with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Detroit.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) $1,671 of law firm funds
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Improperly collected attorney fees while license suspended
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Brian practices in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
